About me
I was the Executive Chef at the Dallas Hilton and the and the executive chef of catering at the Dallas Marriott many years ago, I have run several B&Bs and fine dinning restaurants, now I cook for friends and family and will open a country B&B at some point in the coming years. I rescue large dogs and currently have a German Sheppard {Fräulein Katie}, Australian Kelpi {Rascal} a Sheltie/hound {Hammie} and my Dalmatian {Missy Tyler} I currently live in the country and work in the Government in DC…Don’t figure Huh.
