About me
I'm actually a 13 year old. I'm a guy and I just got into cooking. Well, you know, into LIKING to cook. I've been able to cook great pancakes since I was 6 and also eggs, cookies, cakes, etc. I found this site when I was looking for a better recipe for coffee cake than my teacher gave me. Well, I got so interested I joined and now I'm experimenting with more foods and soon you will see more recipes from me. (I have my own coffee cake coming up)

Hello! I like this recipe but don't understand why you would add " 1/4 cup flour,if needed part". Is the mixture too soupy or something? Please clarify. Thanks!

mmmm, we love pan cakes. Here we call them crepes and my daughter loves making them but never thought of putting chocolate chips in. She usually spreads them with nutella.
