I was looking for a quick and easy chicken casserole for supper tonight and decided to give this one a try. Honestly, I was a little skeptical about it with so few ingredients, and I thought it might be bland. I was very wrong. This was so darn tasty! I used cream of mushroom soup, since I didn't have any cream of chicken, and used leg quarters instead of breast meat. I will be adding this to my recipe box for a decadent treat, since it is so very rich, to make once and a while. I served it with mixed veggies and cheddar rye bread. Thanks for the recipe!!

I too was curious so I googled it and found some additional info that might be helpful:

Before cooking, bring steak to room temperature. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place bag on a rimmed baking sheet and bake 30 minutes. For medium rare steak, increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F and bake 15 minutes longer, a total of 45 minutes. For medium-well steak, reduce heat from 425 degrees F to 375 degrees F and bake 5 minutes longer before removing from oven, a total of 50 minutes. Remove steak from bag. Let stand 5 minutes before carving into thin slices.

Thank You very much for your comment on my chicken recipe Rlb! This will go very nicely at the SuperBowl Party. The Fire Sauce is very easy to make, and it's the only sauce I recommend for the chicken recipe. The chicken recipe is rather time consuming and long winded, but so very worth the wait, and patience. I hope everyone enjoys it - Let me know? Happy New Year Rlb! Neon
