About me
I live in a small town in Texas. I'm a single mom, a registered nurse that works nights at a local hospital. I love cooking and have always enjoyed it. I have one son who is 14 going on 20 he thinks, lol!! I am a gastric bypass patient, will be one year post op this month! WHEW!! Been a long hard road, but doing great now. I'm 130 pounds lighter than I was a year ago. Yahoooooo!! Wearing a six now, never thought that would happen in a million years. LOL!! But still enjoy my cooking and cook for my son, grandmother and mother in between the night shifts and sleeping during the daytime. Nothing for me to have a full course meal cooked at 1:30 in the morning. LOL!! Thanks everyone for the welcome.
