About me
I love to cook and was recently diagnosed as an insulin dependent diabetic now i am relearning to cook. I am a professional photographer with a passion for good food. I recently finished photographing a cookbook for a large publishing firm and hope to do more. After years of portraits and sports photography, I would have never thought food photography to be for me. Boy was I wrong.

Roasted Cauliflower

this seems soo easy - i do like caulifower but the way i make it is rather fattening - lots of butter, creamy gravy :-) i shall definitely try your way. thank you for sharing.
