About me
I used to be more of a baker, now trying to be more of a cook-er. Love to bake and cake decorate (not extremely well, but enough to impress fam/friends). I am trying to eat healthily-- going more for whole wheat pasta, cutting out red meat, sneaking in veggies (i HATE veggies), omitting as many chemicals as possible. My hubby is diabetic, so any sugar-free desserts are welcome. Just tryin' to eat well, stay fit, and enjoy food. Oh, and as cheaply as possible! And I love love love coffee, I can't live without it.
