You can find me on Facebook, link in Website section... 35 yrs old, a proud daughter of a Retired Firefighter (35 yrs, my father) & truck driver (50 yrs), & Retired State Employee (35 yrs, my mother), married to my wonderful husband for 14 yrs, no children yet, just 3 dogs(2 Pitbulls & 1 Rottie), 1 cat(6toes pyscho cat), 2 birds (1 macaw & 1 Quaker - passed away), 1 fish (Betta), and 1 horse(Paint Warmblood Cross). I LOVE to cook varieties of food. In my spare time, I enjoy Hiking, biking, travel, camping, seadoo, skidoo, snowboarding, atv, 4x4, letterboxing, mountains, oceans, walking, animals, rodeo, horseback riding, cooking, rollerblading, boating, fishing, swimming, letterboxing, barrel racing, Endurance Riding, crafts, genealogy, scrapbooking, bowhunting/archery, hunting,etc. My hubby is diabetic, so I "try" to watch my cooking for my hubby, lots of time I sub splenda instead of sugar, and I'm also watching what I eat before I end up diabetic. So since he became diabetic in 2003, I have experiment lots of homemade food using splenda, low sugar, sugar free, etc. I also have collections of cookbooks, I NEVER have enough lol. My sister and I have got into talkin about opening our own restaurant with healthier food where people with diabetes(adults and kids) and health cautious eater can eat without guilt. Lot of the desserts will be both sugar free and low sugar, healthier food, etc. not no bland food, grass, etc.
