Hi all... well i live with my gf who can cook some gr8 food, but loves everything i do. she has given me a free reign on what ever it is i want to cook... i find now that its a passion that keeps me constantly thinking about foods. Im a bit of a seafood junkie , and love cooking fish , though with a name like Rod, i suppose it goes with the territory. cheers all.
