My name is Roger. I'm from Northern California and LOVE to cook. It has become my latest hobby and I am getting quite good if I don't say so myself. :) My other hobbies include wine tasting and cycling. Yeah, i'm that guy you see on the street who SHOULDN'T be wearing spandex, but is. Sorry 'bout that.

Its in the oven, baked through round one! I couldn't stop myself eating the crumbs that fell! Fabulous recipe, great taste. I didn't have cranberries so I used currants soaked

Delicious Chili

Simply incredible. I made these today and they might not make it until tomorrow's coffee. Mine took longer to bake, to get really crunchy, but that happens with my oven... W
