An old Fella that enjoys cooking and new flavour combinations. My wife Barbara is not always keen on my selections of recipes but a very good food critic for which I am suitably grateful , we share the cooking nearly 50/50 but sometimes I tend to sit in the back and enjoy some real home style food!
