About me
I am married and a mother of a two-years and 6-months old boys . I grew up on my grandmother's restaurant. where I was surrounded with delicious food aroma everyday. When I was a little kid, I had no interest on cooking. My only concern then was to eat and be full. When my grandmother past away the restaurant was gone too. I didn’t realize how important it is to know how to cook until my family’s petition to migrate here to U.S. was approved and to my dismay, I came first all by myself. I got tired of eating fast food and much worse, I could not even afford to eat three times a day with my minimum wage. Right then, slap on my face! I remembered what my grandma was always telling me, “if you want something you work hard for it and you don’t stop until you are satisfied on what you got.” Since then I strive hard to get what I want including how to learn to cook the food that I love to eat. I’ve also learn to appreciate different type of ethnic food. I can say that I am a natural food critic. Aren’t we all are? If I tasted food that did not satisfy my palate I will recreate that food my way to satisfy my taste buds. I always search for new and interesting food and recipe. I am not afraid to try new things. Food and cooking are my passion and my natural stress reliever. When I cook, I don't think of anything but my dish. I am looking forward for a great and rewarding experience this website has to offer including meeting various people all over the continent who has the same passion I have.....FOOD!!!
