About me
I'm mom to a 3 year old with lots of food restrictions, such as needing to avoid dairy, wheat, fried foods, etc. That's what got me started cooking. I am intimidated by complicated recipes but I want to learn how to make healthy foods that are flavorful. In our house we buy local and organic ingredients as much as possible. I love to read Martha Steward Living but I rarely have time to be that organized. Usually I wind up Googling recipes at the last minute!
