About me
I'm a 32 y.o. italian girl coming from Friuli (north east of Italy) but currently living in Rome, and in love with Rome. I've re-discovered cooking passion thanks to my "guineapig", alias my boyfriend. He is really supporting tasting almost everythink a cook. My strong point are biscuits, it's a sort of natural talent started when I was teenager. But i've learn to prepare pasta, rice, meat, cakes....I have still to learn well how to prepare fish. I love to learn more and more, step by step.

Welcome to GR! I was excited to see that you are from Italy. I lived 3 years in Ponte Di Barbarano which you probably never heard of, but since you are from Friuli, I know you are familiar with Vicenza. I've been to the area where you grew up. I look forward to sharing recipes with you and talking about Italy. As I wrote on another foodie's page Italy is truly the home of my heart. I miss it a lot.

That's too funny! I read your 'about me' on your page and the comment you left on my page about your 'guinea pig'. No, I don't have an actual guinea pig - I was talking about my husband! My husband tries all of my dishes - he's very brave. Most of the recipes on my page are for desserts, because that's about all I use recipes for. Most of my dinners are things I just 'make up' - no recipe. I need to put more of my dinner recipes on my page, but I have to 'guess' on the amount of ingredients. Happy cooking! - Nat

Fettuccine With Cocoa
It is a real pasta,not common but not sweet.
For the ragu it's necessary just meat, hot water, cinnamon, salt and pepper...and time. I'll publish it asap
