About me
After getting extremely bored with the often repetitive cookbooks, Roxanne has invaded the INTERNET, bored (like I previously said)...and hungry as hell! :) To be frank....i think I'm a compulsive eater but I love to cook and if i cook something I gotta eat it and with all this munchin'' I'm doing fitness is probably the biggest thing in my life right now. I'm not only interested in the cooking aspect of food, but also what foods are healthiest for you, the make up of the food. Lycopene is something that everyone needs to get more of (tomatoes are a great source) because it lowers risk of cancer, whilst vitamin k (spinach) and carotene (...carrots obviously) increase risk. Carotene is the chemical in carrots that make them orange. It's my own personal belief that eating right is the most obtainable thing for anyone. Just think; spaghetti is so easy to make and it taste fantastic plus you can add any number of vegetables to it and yet people still have trouble cooking right. There's really no excuse other than laziness. You don't have to eat right every single meal because that can be tedious, but eating out every single day of the week is almost disturbing ***The country of origin in which one of the recipes come from, will be displayed through the recipes avatar****
