About me
Hello everyone, my name is Yvonne. I grew up in my grandmothers, mothers, and auntie's kitchens. When I was 6 my dad showed me how to boil water for oatmeal, and my mother taught me how to flip an egg. And well now I can cook just about anything thrown in front of me. I have a book shelf that is all my cook books over the years, most of the books have my own notes in them to make the recipe my own. I am also half Pacific Islander so I can cook the really yummy Asian type foods. I also can make a mean Italian dish. I have a great family now that love's it when I am in the kitchen, I also enjoy teaching my children what my mother, and grandmother taught me.. My other half and I enjoy food, we both share that love in the kitchen, we also love to step outside, and try new foods. I have posted some things from my mom's recipes...so PLEASE DON'T TELL HER!!....LOL
