Thanks! My Grandmother always made fudge with brown sugar, cream, vanilla and "butter the size of an egg." It could get pretty grainy if you didn't cook it JUST right. Addi

My grandmother used to give us brown sugar fudge at Christmas every year.. it is my favorite.she also added peanut butter to it...it's the best.
