    OMG - sorry I don't check this site very much! I always bake my meatballs because it involves less fat and cooks more evenly. I would say if you're frying, use 1/2 butter, 1/2 olive oil ratio and then maybe 2TB of each? Good luck -

    SadiesMom...sorry just saw your post!! About 2x as thick as your ham slice and add the milk halfway up the ham slice!! :)

    hi. it doesnt matter. i used fresh, about 2 cups pressed down.
    it was pretty good, but i recommend adding some breadcrumbs to thicken the filling. ^^

    Hi there, you can use either one. I used pre-packaged fresh spinach from a bag which works fine, but i have seen other recipes using frozen spinach. just depends on preference. ^^

    sorry this is late; my p.c uses 15 psi, which most of today's modern electric pressure reqiures
