About me
I have been meaning to get my recipes back up on the site, but things have been going pretty bad for us lately. My brand new great grandson died on Jan. 25, 2008. He was 6 weeks old, so we haven't been handling things very well. I'll get the recipes back up when I can think long enough to do it. My thoughts have been all jumbled up and I can't keep my mind on what I'm doing. I just cry, cry, and cry, no matter what I'm doing. I've even shut down my business because I can't handle talking to people right now without crying. Please be patient with me.

Matter of fact is you don't get over it,you learn to live with it. May God keep you in his hands and give all of you the strength you nee. You are in my prayers.

Mine is kind of like this... I use dill relish and dill weed..

Cornish Hens

You know - this gives me an idea. My husband talks about Cornish Hens, but I've never had them, much less made them. This looks easy. Thanks for the recipe - I'll try this!
