About me
I have a food, wine, and travel blog where nearly daily I post new recipes, sometimes several, and rarely make it here. I've been working in restaurants since starting at a neighbor's place back in 1974, a good percentage of that time in kitchens, a good percentage as a sommelier/manager, and then, I actually tried escaping the restaurant business at several points and doing other things but always went back. It's sort of like a gravitational well...
