About me
I'm 54 years young I enjoy communicating with people. I'm a bit of a dag, but I do enjoy cooking, walking the dog, surfing the web, reading, golf (playing), Australian Rules Football (Go Dees !) and Cricket. My first cookbook was Le Repertoire De La Cuisine and Practical Cookery when I went to William Angliss Catering School. I have cook books by most major chefs but my fav's are Larousse Gastronomique, Delia Smiths Cookbooks and Stephanie Alexanders, The Cooking Companion.
