A High School Counselor. Single guy, likes to cook meals at home. An avid swimmer, exerciser and always trying to figure the best foods to use for weight loss. Former Marine, owned a yogurt shoppe once, was the Director of a non-profit for a few years so have had my hands in some kind of food for most of my life. I owe my interest in food to my MOM - actually my Dad was an OK cook as well. I an a meat and potatoes kind of guy. (But I like quiche too).
