About me
I recently became widowed. I am struggling to eat healthy while cooking for one. I have never had to do this in my entire life. It is overwhelming at times. Most of the time I just grab what is quickest, easiest, but not always healthy or nutritionally sound. I love making home made soups. And my beloved husband had 2 pigs butchered and put up in our freezers not too long before he passed away. So I have a LOT of meat that is going to save me lots of money on groceries, but I am looking for ways to use it.
