About me
I'm a fifth generation California native who loves the Ocean- Surfing, sailing, paddling, fishing, diving, etc... One of my favorite things to do is catch some local fish or lobster then prepare & share with friends and family. I love all sorts of ethnic food with lots of flavor and spice. Growing up in the Los Angeles area has afforded me the opportunity of a wide variety of cuisine- especially good Mexican food. I also enjoy eating AND cooking (experimenting) with Indian, Thai, Italian, Greek, American BBQ, Asian Pacific, African, Middle Eastern, and well... pretty much anything. I love food, and I'm not afraid to try something new. So I really look forward to all your recipes.

The Albacore I will not share with my cat. That is definitely for me :0)

Seared Albacore Sashimi
Just to let you know, since I'm half-Japanese, that sashimi means RAW. The correct word for seared would be tataki. Just helping.

Seared Albacore Sashimi
This sounds delish!

Grilled Albacore
Awesome!

Seared Albacore Sashimi
Fantastic recipe!

Seared Albacore Sashimi
This looks good, more like tataki than sashimi - sashimi is completely raw, never cooked even for a second. This is one of my favourite ways for tuna though!
