About me
I love trying new foods. There is so much variety in foods and seasonings to try. My favorite thing to do when I encounter a new scruptious food, is to go back to my kitchen and see if I can try to make something similar. There are certain food people that drive me crazy. I call them "Wonder Bread", or "White Bread" types. These people people are unwilling to try anything new or go beyond what they know. They like their meat and potatoes, white bread, and over cooked vegetables and they never go beyond that. I say cheers to all of you who are willing to try foods that are new to you, even if it has a funny smelling sauce or something sticking out of it . You never know, you may fall in love at first bite. Or you may be fighting the gag reflex. Either way, you tried it.

Hi there, thanks for being my new cooking buddy. I guess I can be cosidered one of your "White bread" types.If it doesn't look or sound good to me, sorry..I ain't gonna try it. LOL But if my family thinks they will like I won't hesitate to make it for them.

Speaking of ethnic cuisine, my first (and favorite so far) Ethiopian meal was in Minn/St Paul. I should really get back there...
