I have finished ribs on the grill in the past and liked the result. We have an indoor grill so we have certain methods that we use to achieve BBQ flavors (if you're interested I have another rib recipe that outlines that). I could probably grill them without the liquid smoke and still allow the tea to come out perhaps. Yes, Sweet Baby Ray's is the way to go! Thanks so much for your interest in my Sweet Tea Ribs and also for subscribing to my recipes!
