About me
I'm a 30-something new mother, professional woman, wife, etc...... I love to cook but don't have tons of time on my hands. I am an all American mutt. My father is Irish\Italian, my mother is Dutch\Indonesian...so i've been blessed with a multi-cultural assortment of food growing up. My passion right now is Dutch\Indonesian cooking. As the older generation is passing on, fewer and fewer people in my family are cooking this great food. Although, most of my recipes are handed down my showing, I'm going to try to write them out to share with everyone.

Yes the recipe for the powdered milk bath is only for one bath. i think it seems like a lot but tht is what the recipe calls for. :o)

Unfortunately, I don't know if kids would like it. I have a 3 month old, so no experience with it. Sorry! I'm sure they would like it cut up and used in quesadilla's!
