About me
There was a time when I hated flavor. I hated onions, garlic, herbs, spices, and the list goes on. Boy was I stupid. I started cooking during my college years out of necessity after moving out of the dorms. Specifically the need to have a diet that isn't limited to instant ramen noodles, microwave mac'n'cheese, or basically food that comes out of a box. I enjoy cooking a meal as much as I enjoy eating good food. I am always eager to try out new ingredients and recipes from all over the world.
