About me
I am a chef by hobby, although I own a restaurant. I am trained in about 30 different cuisines from around the world. I like anything with distinctive flavor and spice. I have cooked for President Goearge Bush Sr., Pierre Truduea, the prime Minister of Canada, and many other foreign dignitaries. I love food, my favorite being Cajun food. I could not live in New Orleans though or I would weigh 800 lbs.

On the very top menu, in the green area, where it says Home, Recipes, Foodies, Places, etc. click on Recipes and then click on Share, then follow the instructions from there. Good luck!

I do agree with Chefjeb...! you might need to check out Chef John Folse or even Chef Paul Prudhomme for the future of placing Cajun or Creole recipes...Although to me this rec
