About me
I gave up my IT career 8 years ago to homeschool my ADHD son. Another thing I did was get him involved in Scouting and that was where I saw my first dutch oven. Ten years later and fifteen (or so) dutch ovens, I am hooked! And always on the lookout for a Lodge model that I don't own! I now teach dutch oven cooking to the new scouts in the Troop. Funny thing is I hate cooking in my kitchen so my husband is building me an outdoor kitchen. I do have a neat 1930's Chambers stove in my kitchen (like the one in Rachel Ray's kitchen) but I still love my dutch oven's more......
