About me
Born and rasied in Philadelphia PA. Great food and a real ethnic flare locally. My real inspiration and love for cooking comes from my Dad! He was a great cook and I have some fond memories of being in the kitchen with him and other family and friends. My tastes vary from Italian to American, Japanese to Mexican! Its fun to cook up a great meal or dish and have others truly enjoy it! Then kitchen is my favorite room in the house :-)
