About me
I'm an upstate New York transplant to Seattle, and have been remembering that I love to cook! I scour the internet for interesting recipes, then adapt them to what I like (and what I may have in the house). I rarely follow any recipe from beginning to end. My rice cooker rarely has only rice in it...usually shrimp, sausage, all sorts of goodies. I grew up eating lots of Italian food (mom was an immigrant) and can put together a mean marinara sauce although mine is much richer than what my mom used to make. Baked stuffed squid was another christmas delicacy I enjoyed while growing up.
