About me
I began cooking at age 10. I have worked in restaurants on and off. I tutored under some very well known chefs in the Philly area. I have some great recipes, and will add them soon. This web site is like a dream come true. I am studying culinary again. I plan to make money at this again. Cooking is an art and great fun.
