About me
I was briefly an architect, and with my architect husband designed and built a number of different restaurants, which we still own and operate with the architect now at the fryer. I am now a fitness instructor, a Weight Watchers leader and a freelance writer of health and fitness articles, as well as arts and design articles for numerous regional and national publications. I am trying to blend those two areas into food, travel and art articles and books. A home school mom of two sons, I am currently writing a local farm-to-fork/kitchen as science lab tv show for kids.
