    Hi everyone been so long since I have been on. Lost the use of my oven and my computer for a while and have been very busy. Looking forward to having my new oven delivered next week and getting back to trying all the great recipes. Nice to see everyone still appreciating my food in my absence. Thanks everyone.

    Hey Shakeyslady. Thank you so much for your comments and five for the Honey Roasted Chicken recipe. I'm thrilled it turned out well for you. I appreciate you taking the time to let me know. (I like doing that too!) I'm going to try and forward a Honey Glazed Chicken recipe that Blueeyes68ky posted. It's terrific, easy and one I've made several times. (Husband is not too crazy about chicken. With this recipe he says, "You can make this ANY time!") See if you like it.
