About me
Hi everyone! Well, I love to cook, period. I especially like trying new recipes and I love talking about food. Since I work in the electrical field, I do not have much time at work to talk or share ideas and GroupRecipes seems like a perfect place to talk to other wonderful people that love cooking. My passion is baking, but I have to admit that my three favorite things to work on have nothing to do with baking. They are the ultimate fried chicken recipe. . . (still looking for a perfect crust), chili with medium heat, and meatloaf. I will submit mine that I have invented, but a person can not have too many meatloaf recipes. . .that would be according to my WHOLE family including parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. I enjoy cooking the most because it feels good to see what I made making others happy. I think cooking also brings people together enjoying good food and great conversation. Oh yea, I also enjoy working on mixing the perfect flavored martinis and margaritas. I will have to share a couple of my favorites.
