About me
Grew up in a household where the cooking was done by my step father who is Trinidadian with a Chinese background. I’m no stranger to spices. Grew up in Toronto dining out at the finest restaurants the city had to offer. I know quality when it’s served to me. I’m trying to encompass many different aspects of my experience into my cooking technique in order to entertain my friends.
