About me
I am a southerner, who now lives in the Northeast. I love all ethnic foods and love to figure out how to make them as healthy as possible while keeping them as delicious as they were meant to be. I also love southern cooking. I always say, that there is only one food that I won't eat, and that is a marshmallow (does not really seem like a real food anyway). I have a background in Restaurant cooking, but now I am a nurse who cooks a lot as a hobby
