Trained family physician turned mom. I have a love of heath and wellness but feel I have fallen off the wagon adjusting to mommyhood. I especially enjoy recipes that taste great and are health conscious. I enjoy yoga, spinning, hiking and rollerblading. I also enjoy expressing my creativity through baking.
