    Very good! I really wanted to make this and thought I had the refried beans for this but I didn't. I saw a can of black beans so I was like, why not? I put the beans in a small sauce pan and cooked them some then I mashed them up. Worked great! I also used monterey jack cheese instead of the pepper jack. This was so delicious! Thanks!

    Thanks for the 5 on the Chinese pork. Jasmine rice is great with it. Don't use much regular rice anymore.
