About me
Hey all. I am a self proclaimed "recipe junkie". I love to try new recipes especially good warm soups. I am not a big vegie lover, but if you put them in recipes to disguise them that is great! I am a 2 shot per day diabetic, so I am also on the hunt for good and easy recipes for low carb desserts. I have to cook for 2 very picky eaters, who just like the basic kinds of foods, but I do try to expand their palates as much as I can.
