Irish lad , living in Poland, Teaching English presently , but spend nearly more time in the kitchen these days much to the delight of my other half. Have some recipes to share and also on a quest for inspiration from other like minded folk.

Polish Style Hunters Stew

I've always wanted to try and make this. (My Dad was Polish). Good tip about rinsing out the sauerkraut first - I like it as it is out the jar, but my husband won't touch it.
