About me
I am a young grandmother of nearly eight, have always loved cooking and love challenging myself. I am planning my 60th birthday lunch for 60 people for a four course sit down meal! Have worked out my soups, entree's and desert choices but struggling with mains choice, looking at a chicken dish and think will probably go with Lamb shanks as can cook ahead and freeze thinking of serving it with semolina gnocchi as can also cook that ahead. I will have young members of family to do the platting up. Have been retired for three years now and just returned from six weeks in Uk and Denmark. Love people, wine and food no particular order as they all go together! Live in South Australia the mediteranian climate part of Australia near the sea and love life here.
