I do the majority of the cooking around our place and am always looking for new ideas! I started cooking at 13years of age on a commercial salmon boat. Opening cans and boiling spuds was about all I knew then. My mom gave me lots of tips and I always rocked in Home Ec at school. In the 34 years since, I hope Ive learned a thing or 2 worth sharing.
