About me
Florida native moved to NYC after hurricanes of '04. Grew up in S.Cal, though. Cook when I'm happy, cook when I'm sad, cook when I'm bored, cook ALL the time. Went to culinary school. Did the restaurant thing for awhile, decided against the long hours. Now a Technology Manager for a non profit in the city. Miss cooking for crowds. Will open a restaurant when I'm 40 and a B&B when I'm 60. I love taking old traditional recipes and making them over. Making them healthier and filling them with the goodness of natural whole foods and whole grains. I am also all about making cooking easy. Being in the kitchen should be enjoyable and exciting, not a chore. I love life and every twist of it.

I can't believe I never came across this recipe. Sounds really tasty. You could use any pasta I suppose, and I think I will add some sour cream. YUM
