Regarding the chocolate almond bran biscotti recipe: they usually only last a week in our house, but if dried-out well during the second baking, and stored in an air-tight container, they should last a couple of weeks - longer if kept in the fridge or freezer. Cheers!

Thanks for checking out the peanut butter dip. I've never tried it with fat free but I don't see why it wouldn't work. I think the peanut butter has enough fat to carry it off and the fat in peanut butter does not promote high cholesterol so definatly a healthier choice. I use the natural peanut butter. It's great with apples and celery.
