Hello to all, My name is Paul aka: Shindig.......................................... I am new to good cooking and have been having a blast trying new recipe's. I test them on my family ; )............. I'm a Tattoo artist in Ventura, CA http://venturatattoo.com ................ Also, I'm a College Professor at ITT-Tech weeknights, Computer Network and Security mainly................. I play bass and vocals in a couple bands and play with the Kottonmouth Kings.............
