You must try the Caribbean Burgers With Honey Pineapple Chutney Recipe
Adding the chutney to the burgers, even though it is a little bit keeps them moist and delicious. Thanks for your 10 and lovely comment.

I have more fun in the kitchen, trying to take pictures while I cook, slinging ingredients around and Hoping I don't get anything on the camera that I can not get off immediately. I go for the shots that are clear with enough light but I try not to get the shot magazine perfect...if that makes any sense. I do not cook or bake magazine perfect and I want people to try my recipes so a little mess in the picture is fine by me =D. Actually, I don't think I could get a shot magazine perfect yet...hhhmmm, how about aspiring to getting shots with the right amount of light and focus?
