About me
I love to cook for family and friends. I try to cook something new each week. For my grandchildren's birthday parties I usually make something fun just for the kids. For my 8 year old grandson's birthday I made apple smiles with marshmellow teeth. The kids loved them. My husband and I ran a somewhat personal chef business catering to people I work with to see if people liked our food. It was great and grew in a short time. However I was working full time and cooking in my off time. ....too much. I would like to try it full time but I can't quit my job just yet. My husband is a great cook. He never follows a recipe but it always turns out wonderful. We have a good time working together in the kitchen. We recently added onto our kitchen with new appliances and a 10 foot center island. It is wonderful working with so much room. I cook with the grandkids too (ages 8 and 4). They are so much fun. I love to try new recipes.
