About me
I don't love cooking. I enjoy good-tasting food, but am on a budget. I live on the Gulf Coast, I have to know how to prepare non-perishables without power too, because even if we don't get a hurricane, we get thunderstorms strong enough to knock out power, and flood us (thankfully it's only been in the house once, but halfway up the yard on a fairly regular basis means that I have to stay prepared at least a little). I thought I was allergic to gluten when I first joined, but since have found out it's IBS-C, with insoluble fiber as my main trigger.
