About me
I don't bake and rarely measure anything. Great flavor and the use of herbs and spices is what I like. I also love to knit!! My cat, Lucy, does not like any people food so she is not my taste tester. My secret vices are things that are very bad for me--bacon, cheese, Spam, alcohol, etc., but I like to cook healthy and try not to use "prepared" ingredients too much. Most of the recipes I post here are someting anyone can make.
